Christmas Goodies: Millie's Famous Butter Pecan Balls
Ingredients:
1 cup butter
1/4 cup confectioner's sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla
2 cups sifted flour
1 cup chopped pecans
Beat butter, sugar, and vanilla until very light and fluffy. Add flour and pecans to
mixture and blend well. NOTE: This dough is easier to work with if you chill it before
moving onto the next step.
Form dough into tiny balls. Place on ungreased cookie sheet. Bake in a 350 degree oven
for about 20 minutes. Roll cookies in confectioner's sugar while still warm.
