My Aunt Mona's Nutty Peach Crisp
Ingredients:
1 can (29 oz.) sliced peaches
1 package yellow cake mix
1 cup (1 stick) melted butter
1 cup chopped pecans
Preheat oven to 325 degrees In a 13" X 9" X 2" pan, pour
peaches and syrup. Spread evenly over pan. Sprinkle dry cake mix, then sprinkle
with pecans. Drizzle melted butter on top. Bake for 55-60 minutes or until golden
brown. Let stand 15 minutes before serving. Serve warm with Cool Whip or whipped
cream or ice cream, as desired.
